| Lindsay McCosh | Brooklyn | I am like a lot of others that stumbled upon the Crooners playing. I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed their music. Afterwards I ran into Nyles a handful of times and different art and music events. He was always very sweet and nice and had sparkle in his eyes. I am sorry to hear what happened. He definitely brought a little sunshine into this world. Peace, | August 5, 2007 |

| s.b. | new york city | on weekends my father and i would walk through union square, visit the farmers market, look at the local artistry... and listen to some live bands that set up for the day. one fine day, when the sun was shinning through the elm trees that lined the park... dad and i heard faint music coming from across the park. yes, that was the day our ears and hearts met The Crooner boys. Your music vibrated our souls...and opened our minds to a world of blue-grass music. May this loss of a talented musican vibrant with life, become not just a memory but one worth honoring with the music he so loved to play. Bless you, Crooner boys.~s.b. | June 18, 2007 |

| mrbluetone | London | Hey Chris. Too upset to talk much. Big love to you, kev, and Nyles' family. Come over and have a chat in London sometime, anytime. T | June 5, 2007 |
| Stephanie | Conshohocken, PA | I only met Nyles once, the weekend of Drew and Maggie's wedding in upstate New York. I won't soon forget his smile or his talent or his love for his friends and life. All of this was so evident, even though I had known him for a very short time. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope all the love that was felt for Nyles will help you through this rough time. | June 5, 2007 |
| Sarah | Exeter, England | Very, very sad to hear of your great loss. My thoughts are with you all at this most difficult of times. I first saw The Crooners play on a bridge in Prague and the minute you guys started playing people were drawn to the music and gathered in big crowds around you with big grins on their faces. A moment I'll never forget. Nyles undoubtedly brought so much happiness in to so many peoples lives. I send my best wishes and love to you both Chris and Kevin, Sarah x | June 4, 2007 |
| James Miles | Phila, PA | To Nyles’ family and friends, I’m so sorry for your loss. His energy and character was contagious, and I will deeply miss him. Rest in peace bro. | June 3, 2007 |
| gülru | turkey | Dear Nyles, I was angry with you. I thought that you forget me. It has been more than one month that you did not respond my e-mail and I wrote a second one and still no respond. I’m sorry, I’m so sorry..And now I’m sitting in front of my computer at home in Turkey ( yes I’m back home and I even did not finish to tell my San Fran stories to you!) and could not believe what I’m reading here. No Nyles, that can not be true. You can not be gone. You wrote me that you are sure that our paths will cross again somewhere in future and I believed you. I believed you; because I know when you said something you really meant it. How do I know it? I just saw you some hours in Berlin on the bridge. We were there just by chance. (Although you said that you did not believe much in chance.) You were on the way to Belgium after your concert and I was celebrating my last night in Berlin. And late at night I wanted to walk to my hostel and energy full, unique music stopped me. It was cold but I could not leave. I liked it so much; I wanted to buy your CD. There you came to me and ask where I’m coming from. That was the beginning of a nice conversation which I did never forget and never will. But after some hours, I had to go, you had to go. When you learned that I will come to the States for one year you asked me to visit you and to stay in your place; I’m sorry Nyles, I was never able to do that. Just like I could not run back to the bridge and ask you to stay more on that night, although I really wanted to do. But I was lucky, because when you said that you wanted to keep contact, you really meant it. And you always wrote e-mails, so did I. It was always so nice to hear from you. These e-mails enabled me to fill the beautiful image that I had in my mind with realities about you which are even more beautiful. I did not spend too much time with you, but I know about your project in construction firm, I know about the marriage of your childhood friends, I know the nice text you wrote for them. I know how beautiful your hometown in Texas is in autumn. I know such a nice party you had for the New Year. So many details which gave me the feeling that I was there, that I was with you. I even met your friend Eric, because you were such a nice man, that you wrote him about me and ask him to help me to get to know the city. And probably I spend more time with him than I did with you, which I found so funny. But it was neither the e-mails that said me what a special person you are nor your friend Eric. It was the feeling when I met you on that bridge on a June night, one year ago; it was the look in your eyes. And I have to confess I was touched by your beauty (inside and outside) and your intelligence more than you did by mine. I felt something very special Nyles, which I never felt before. Unfortunately I could never express it in this way, but, that motivated me to keep in touch and continue to hope that our paths will cross again one day. Just as you said. But I believe that everything has a reason. You know that I lost my father just like I and the whole world lost you. Probably I could not live with it, when I got the opportunity to get closer to you. But I have to thank to God or to the destiny or whatever it is, which gave you to me one night and took you away one day: I’m so glad that I was able to meet you, that you touched my life and heart, even though it was a short period of time. I will never forget you. You will be always in my heart. And I really mean it. | June 3, 2007 |
| Andrew Jacobi | West Village | I first saw Miles and the Crooners perform for free in Union Square a little over a year ago, and I was immediately drawn to Miles's energy and talent, and I'm not even a blue grass fan. Since that day, I have seen the Crooners play about 10 times, following them all around Manhattan, and was always amazed by that same energy that Miles brought. His passion for music could light up a room. While I only met him a couple times, as a music fan, I will greatly miss that passion for his art that he showed every night. He was a gifted musicisian, and one of the most entertaining performers I have ever seen. | June 1, 2007 |
| Katherine Sall | East Village | My children just lost their lion father. one day on my way home from work I met The Crooners. A perfect satisfaction; of folk, of acoustic, magic, culture and originality, human soul. He lit the fire, you are not alone. Eleven crowns, so soon we will learn. God bless you all especially in this time. What you share is so very blessed and sacred. Put your experience into the music sound and live on. Stand strong. | June 1, 2007 |
| Daniel | New York | I feel so lucky to have seen Nyles & The Crooners play a few times, to have shaken his hand, to have known someone so radiant with talent and grace. The Crooners are very special to me and my wife, having been a big part of our wedding. Like the home page says, we owe him a good, long life. | June 1, 2007 |
| Joanne | New York | The news of Nyles' death couldn't have been a bigger shock to me. I was blessed to see him perform in Union Square with his fellow musicians last summer, and was heartily impressed with the style and spirit he displayed in his performance. My interaction with him was very brief afterwards, but it will remain with me forever. Rest in Peace, Nyles. | May 31, 2007 |
| delphine | san antonio, tx | So sorry for your loss. I remember The Crooners while they were playing in a street corner of 6th street during SXSW...what a sound, a vision and energy! people surrounding you as thick as bees on sugar... i hardly buy music because i am in the business and get them for free but i felt compelled to buy both cds that day... what a band... i send my love to friends and family... peace delphine (red room, sa,tx) | May 31, 2007 |

| Raphael | Australia | That is a terrible loss to the human kind but on the other hand it was a beautiful gift to have Nyles on this earth. I feel blessed that I had the chance to cross his path and of course the one of Chris and Jennie. It was few summers ago in my hometown Paris, when the wheather get nicer as the poeple get warmers too , where Paris really wakes up and lights its lights of romance and magic, as I was walking with my best friend Tangui in the warm Paris looking for some fun ,bottles of wine in our hands , we came across this beautiful music with such a high energie radiating from the musicians , it took us 2 min before our body naturaly starts swuiguing, bouncing, jumping ,just boogie harcore to the riddim in a corner with the crooners, then it tooks few more minutes for the crowed to jump in the vibes and few more mimutes to have every people of the street trying to get a beat of the show. After that it was our new addiction follow the crooners around Paris and just swuing to trance to their music. That is how a simple corner of a street becomes a place full of life, love, fun, smiles where finally people can stop for a minute forget about life , smile to each others ,and bounce on a good old swuing . That is what Nyles open our eyes on , radiating his good vibes around him and just reflecting his inner beauty where ever ,when ever and for the people. Thanks for evething, rest in Peace , and I hope to see you in another life . Much Love and Respect love your work brother Nyles Peace Raphael | May 30, 2007 |

| dave | Richmond, VA | Such a loss. Tragic. I am in a band that opened for The Crooners on March 7, 2007 @ Poe's Pub in Richmond, VA. What a show. What a band. What a guy. We pretty much laughed our asses off before the show, during the show, and after the show. The last thing Nyles said to me was "let's keep in touch". I could tell that he meant it. That night popped into my head a couple of weeks ago and, remembering it with a smile, I thought I would contact him soon. Yesterday I went to this website to check in and drop him and the band a line and was floored by the image of Nyles and the news. Kevin, Chris, and all friends and family of Nyles, I am so sorry for your loss. It's the world's loss too. dave | May 23, 2007 |
| eric | chicago | we used to roll out of bed on saturdays and head down to the farmers market in ithaca. the crooners would be drawing a big crowd no matter what the weather, and always be playing the type of music I loved to hear. meeting nyles and chris was great since they shared my love of the blues and were bluesmen themselves. I feel blessed to have met such a great musician and person. eric | May 22, 2007 |
| danae | corltand | i would like to send out my condolences to everyone who knew Niles. You will be greatly missed, my man. The music will never be the same | May 21, 2007 |
| Juan Carlos Rocha | Bogotá, Colombia | It´s too sad for me to listen the news on your website, I was one year ago in NY city and saw the band in a Manhatan Park. I felt so identified with your music. Nyles was the soul of the band and he let me unsterstand how the life must to be. God bless Nyles soul and the band, please continue with the music, now it has an own soul. | May 19, 2007 |
| annesophie | paris, FRANCE | I have met us in paris, playing music on the streets at "place saint michel", the night of the world cup football (July 06). four days later, you three have writen a dedication on my disc. nyles' words were: "away U rockin'". | May 19, 2007 |
| Omar Vega | New York | For the last two years, it has been an honor to have known and worked side by side to a dear friend, a great colleague and above all, a teacher. Sitting within feet of one another day in and day out and sharing so many conversations, I think it is safe to say that …. I have spent more time with Nyles than I have with my own wife….. I feel truly blessed to have had such a neighbor. Nyles taught me many things during the past 2 years. I am sure you will hear many people talk about his many great characteristics and countless facts on how they were touched by Nyles, however, I will focus on two things. The two things that Nyles brought forth into my life that impacted me the most. The FIRST was that IF IT MATTERED TO YOU…..IT MATTERED TO HIM. Contrary to most and to what people commonly do when they ask you in the mornings: “Hey, how are you?” and simply walk away without even waiting for your response…Not Nyles….IF IT MATTERED TO YOU, IT MATTERED TO HIM. As I said before, sitting literally 4 feet away from him every single day, I could not help to notice how even when he would be so engrossed into his work, even when his present project required his undivided attention and no matter how focused he would be at any given time, if you walked up to him and interrupted him with YOUR concern, no matter how small your issue was, no matter how insignificant it would’ve seemed to anyone else, IF IT MATTERED TO YOU, IT MATTERED TO HIM! Without hesitation, Nyles would totally deviate his focus from HIS present situation, to YOURS. Instantly, your problem became his problem, he would embrace it and take ownership of it. I have heard over and over many people say: “He helped me- he helped ME- He helped me”…They must realize ….HE HELPED ALL. You see in life, you generally have 2 steps when referring to most aspects. You have your present state or where you are now, and you have your objective, a goal, where you want to be. But there are some things you must do or steps you must take to get from your present state to your goal. That in-between phase of steps was what Nyles had mastered. Nyles was a master planner. You could come to Nyles and share your desired goal and without hesitation and much determination he would analyze and brainstorm your situation and even challenge YOUR thoughts and ideas if he felt they compromised YOUR desired goal… IF IT MATTERED TO YOU, IT MATTERED TO HIM! THE SECOND THING THAT I WILL MENTION IS THAT Nyles taught me that you can utilize ANYTHING….ANY TOOL that was at your disposal to its fullest capacity to accomplish a desired goal. Nyles wanted to travel the country and also many parts of the world, Nyles was determined to inspire people in many places with his music. Inspired by his great uncle, one day, he picked up a stick, a string and a washtub and created beautiful music from what is referred to as the “washtub bass.” Any of you that are musically inclined or savvy and probably more familiar with the configuration of what this consist of, to me; it’s just a string, a stick and a washtub. To Nyles, it was THE TOOL or RESOURCE at hand at the time that he utilized to its fullest capacity making him a great musician, forming part of a band and accomplishing many goals. With this band, Nyles traveled the world, Nyles inspired many faces in many places. He was determined to attend Cornell University, he did that, he was determined to attend Columbia University, he did that. All you need is the passion, the love and the heart, without that, all he would have would be a string, a stick and a washtub. He shared his dreams, he shared your dreams. He motivated many. He so proudly displayed the portrait that his nephew Eti made of his band on the wall that we shared at the office. Truly genuine, You can give people, 50, 60, or 90 years on this earth who may never reach ONE set goal. Nyles got 26, to impact many lives, help many of us get from step 1 to step 2, reach his many desired objectives and leave behind the memory of a caring, unselfish, neighbor…..IF IT MATTERED TO YOU……………………..IT MATTERED TO HIM. | May 18, 2007 |
| Tia | San Antonio, Texas | Hi all. I'm Nyles' sister and I just wanted to say thank you for all of the wonderful things you have to say about my brother. To Chris and Kevin and everyone else who came to Texas last week, Thank you so much for being with us. It has really helped me and my parents to read your stories about The Crooners and about Nyles. Thank you again. Tia | May 18, 2007 |
| BAN | NY | I have been checking this message board almost on a daily basis because I love the crooners and their music and I love hearing all the great things that every one has to say about Nyles and what a great guy he was and how his life, his music and his great personality has effected us all and the effects he has had on our lives. I must tell you all the first time I saw the Crooners my boyfriend had previously saw them and loved them I because I love my boyfriend I thought ok i'll give it a shot but honestly I thought oh my god here we go another one of these boring bands of his but it took me all but 5 minutes before I was up dancing tapping my feet on the floor I loved the crooners and had been looking forward for the next time they played at Luckys that was the night i bought a cd and have been listening to the band ever since I love the crooners they start my day in the morning i listen to the every morning its my "get up and go" My point to this story is that because Nyles is no longer with us and we all want to express our sympathy and love for Nyles I just wanted to let the rest of the band know how much I apprieciate them as well you guys kick a$$ playing, all together and on your own and Nyles will be missed very much. I guess i come here to be cloes to him and want to hear the stories of his life from what i hear he had a great life, a loving family and great friends and of course a lot of talent from what i have seen. Who could possibly ask for more. I also want to thank Dora Nyles mother for raising such a wonderful man you did a great job I hope you realize that and i'm sure he appriciated and love you very much. God bless you all in these times I will never forget Nyles he will live in me and his music forever. Thank you again and keep going with all the talent you all have. looking forward to seeing you guys out there again soon. | May 18, 2007 |
| maddog | Denver | Oh hey, Nyles... do me a favor? Remember that time we all got stranded by blizzard in Denver, everything shut down... and we had dinner over at JY's and you slipped and fell ass-over-teakettle in your stocking feet trying to kick K-Dawg as he bonked head-first down the stairs? And then we opened up the Red Square for a Tremendous Impromptu Blizzard Croon Party and you finally exchanged your stubborness for the washtub and then the ladies and gentlemens arrived in droves out of the snows to shake a boogie and smash shot glasses over your shoulder, and Pumkin punched you right in the nose but the following morning you graciously cleaned up the mess she made of the apartment and we commenced with Brunch Blizzard Winter Party 2006? These are lifelong treasures... so you know we'll do our darndest to keep cranking out these sweet actions, and i think we're quite capable, but these things can't be planned and they can't always be pulled off without characters like you, so do me a favor, as you check in on us from time to time: if you ever see us struggling to find gold in them thar hills of day-to-day life, give us some inspiration, for you are the alchemist. Holler! | May 18, 2007 |
| lisa cortez walden | San Antonio | Crooners and Friends of Nyles, I am so very deeply sorry for your loss and so inspired by your responses that I feel compelled to post. Dora is a dear friend and spoke of her son often. Though I never met Nyles, he had a very profound effect on my life. At one point, feeling quite lost in my studies, I spoke to Dora. She mentioned that her son was studying visual culture, and that this would be an area of research that I would enjoy. I pursued it and now have the Ph.D. as well as a lifetime of truly engaging and enjoyable work ahead of me. Thank you Nyles and thank you Dora. I share this story to let you know that, as a person standing on the margins of this community, I see a circle of love that is so powerful. You have shown me that the smallest acts of sharing have a lasting impact. I am sure that Nyles got much of his strength from each of you as well as inspired each of you. It is such an honor to stand at the fringes of this incredible community to witness its love. Thank you, Crooners and friends. Thank you Dora, and family. And thank you, Nyles. | May 16, 2007 |
| Monika | Brooklyn | Nyles, although in the past few years we saw each other only rarely, you never ceased to be an inspiration to me. I truly loved you, your passion for life, your hunger to taste and try everything that life had to offer, your understanding that every moment that we are given is absolutely precious and not to be taken for granted... you epitomized for me what it meant to be truly immersed and in love with life. In the too-short time you were with us on the physical plane, you inspired all those around you, lifted their hearts with your music, and your memory will always be cherished. I know your spirirt is still alive, omniscient and infused into the air and wind, and your beautiful soul will continue to inspire me and all those fortunate to have known you. Thank you for everything. | May 16, 2007 |
| Christopher Reed | San Antonio TX | Nyles, We share many more similarities than average cousins. Uniquely enough we were conceived on the same day May 27,1980 only hours apart. Nyles we always shared a special bond more like brothers!!! Throughout our youth we were close but life took us on seperate routes. I can only wish we had more time on this earth together, but I'm constantly reminded of you in my every thought. Nyles although it's hard to accept that you are no longer here, but this is just another phase of your constant search to live. Ny life has not ended, rather it has just begun! You will always be loved, remembered, and cherished. We'll be 27 on the 27th of May and we will party together. Nyles I will celebrate with you in my heart our lives. I promised Tia that I would. I almost forgot you have another cousin on the way (2nd cousin) that is, if it's a boy he will be named after you. Love you Nyles now and always!! Your cousin , Chris | May 15, 2007 |
| Michael McGuire | New York, NY | The last memory I have of Nyles is when The Crooners played at 'Manhatta' in March '07. He was especially proud to have the chance to play with his uncle Danny; one could see it was a realization of a dream to be playing with one of his primary sources of inspiration. My heartfelt condolences for your loss. | May 14, 2007 |

| Jim Knable (of The Randy Bandits) | Brooklyn | Hello, Crooners. My band was playing in Prospect Park and someone asked me if I played with The Crooners (a case of mistaken identity, obviously). I have to to admit, I was not aware of The Crooners yet. I have since made myself aware and am very excited and humbled by the comparison now. I'm very sorry to hear about your recent loss and on behalf of The Randy Bandits send our warmest thoughts. We are of a similar spirit, I think. I hope we cross paths someday soon. | May 14, 2007 |
| Emma Carr | Perth- Australia | Nyles- There are people in this world who seems to light the room when they enter and Nyles was one of them. Leaving New York a year ago it is hard for me to picture it without Nyles inhabiting it's streets, bringing music to a street corner or a smile on a cold winters day. We had a mutual appreciation of hats and ecclectic waistcoats which often resulted in conversations about the story behind them. His hugs seemed to warm you through to your very soul. We often spoke of our much loved families so far away and shared our excitement at some piece of family news. In the short time that I knew him he created a big impression that I suspect will last a lifetime. My thoughts are with his family. Safe journey for your soul Nyles. | May 14, 2007 |
| George Greenidge | chamblee, Ga. | I remember you so young. Always smiling and wanting to get closer and truely know your uncle chico. If i ever thought I would have to loose one of my family members, I would never dreamed of loosing Nyles. That proves that you can never predict what tomarrow brings. | Reuel Daniels | NYC | Hey guys. My heart goes out to you all. I am so shocked and saddened to hear about Nyles. You all are in my thoughts! | May 12, 2007 |
| Earl Edmond | San Francisco | There’s nothing really that can be said. Nyles and I had our differences, but as we all know, I’ve had them with everyone. Towards the “more mature” portion of our relationship Nyles, accented the importance of family and those you care about. I’m sorry for not recognizing earlier just how important family is. Nyles, please tell Poppy, Uncle Genie, Uncle James and Aunt Martha Anne we said “Hello, we love you and we will all be together again one day”. I love you, Rest in Peace. Earl Edmond | May 12, 2007 |
| Shehab | Jos, Nigeria | Nyles, "To new shoes and old...afterall that's what it's all about." I'll miss you, my brother. | May 11, 2007 |
| Lindsey Gates | San Antonio | As a student of Nyle's mother I am deeply sadden to hear that this beautful life is no longer with us. I did not know Nyles personally but having had his mother as my prof. I can only imagine from her stories of him how wonderful of a person he was. May the Lord be with you all and may his love bring you peace in your time of sorrow. My prayers are with you. | May 11, 2007 |
| Anna Castro | San Antonio, TX | Nyles, I just got the news and can't believe you are gone. We just corresponded some months ago and I feel like I should have continued it more. I am so proud of your acomplishments and can't believe we lost such a kind hearted person. When you bumped into me in San Antonio, you were so nice and inviting; we hadn't seen each other in over 5 years! You were quick to ask for my number and call, you were so handsome. Thank you for touching my life. You are missed. | May 11, 2007 |
| a friend | Brooklyn | I met Nyles a while back. We weren't close but he always made time to say hi whenever we'd run into each other. I'll remember forever this instance when he had some kind words for me when I was in a rather embarrassing situation. I know he was very dear to people I love and I know he's in a better place. | May 11, 2007 |
| Laurette Ramsey | Bronx | My heart is saddened by the passing but most of all that I missed the pleasure of knowing such a wonderful person my cousin Nyles. | May 11, 2007 |
| Ronda | Ithaca, NY | Nyles will be missed. He was a talented musician and a wonderful person to know. I remember meeting the band at Castaways and was impressed that Nyles remembered me the next time they played in Cortland at Lucky's. Kisses to you Nyles, we'll miss that base and smile! | May 11, 2007 |
| Dee Dee | San Antonio | God bless you, sweet soul. Thank you for staying here a little while. See you around. | May 10, 2007 |

| Erich Gerlach | Basel | The soul and incredible passion of Nyles will live within for years to come. In the brief episodes of my interaction with him, seeing both unmatchable talent with such an everlasting personality, I came to found this gentleman as believer of all that delivers goodness to the heart. I'm honored that I came to know you, I'm saddened by your detachment from this world. Rest in a beautiful place and my thoughts are always of you. | May 10, 2007 |
| Esteban Brown | San Antonio, TX | I did not know Nyles Fitzgerald, but I know his mother, Dora. She is a brilliant professor as well as a beautiful person. There was never a time that she hesitated to share a story about Nyles or the pride that she holds dear to her. My heart and my condolences go out to her and her family as well as his friends and loved ones. | May 10, 2007 |
| Orlando Castaneda | San Antonio | Im sad to hear about Nyles although I did not know him personally I know his mother, Professor Fitzgerald. She is currently my professor at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio Texas, she is a lovely person and I know if professor Fitzgerald is this much of an amazing person then I can only imagine how Nyles was. | May 10, 2007 |

| JRGII | Denver | Nyles was a cocksure ballbuster, which is why he fit in with the rest of us. I could always count on him to cut me back down to size and, within the same evening, get my back, if I hadn't been ditched for some 23 year old chick. In mean drunken quips he betrayed a streak of self-righteousness and an attendant, closely guarded optimism. I won't try to contextualize his death. I'm lucky to have known him for however long I did. So many of us are starting sparks, cupping a small pile of twigs and lint; blowing lightly and steadily in the hopes of starting a real fire. He had his own sh*t going on, but look below at the mongrel list of folks YOU'VE NEVER EVEN MET and tell me he didn't help put some of their sh*t on fire, too. Nyles, I miss you. I finally spelled your name correctly. | May 6, 2007 |

| Kevin | Siena, Italy | Hey gang. I'm still stuck in Europe. Can someone make sure if I never make it back that Nyles doesn't steal my awesome dance moves? Thanks. And as a brief PSA, no Crooner fan should ever fly Air India. While their food is deee-licious, they suck at most other things. And if any European Crooner fan would like to adopt a lost little crooner, I can be reached at kevindenton2001@yahoo.com. | July 18, 2006 |

| maddog | why would i not be there? | We were relating the story, last night over a bottle of (imported) Absinthe in Frederick, about some Croonin in the back there, and how the Police shut us down for noise complaints, but how when we spoke to them the two gentlemen police officers said, we have been standing out front here for 30 minutes listening to the band, they are really good. Really good! I would rather stay and listen, but we've got to tell you to close her down, because we have a noise complaint. Enter 2005 maddog: Frederick (fireworks and cannon) is ready for the reunion. Hambone: Y2KV we were very excited and I saved your life. Good save, as I think back. All: I was getting very drunk, and swaying around in Santa costume, but one clear memory for me was how phenominal was the crooning i introduced. i did not realize how powerful (POWERFUL) this has become. Hambone, Merk, MC: what you're doing gets me all fired up. wooooooooo W00000000000000000! And others, variously. You tell me what my contirbution is to continue the magic. maddog | January 10, 2005 |

We were spending our holiday in there so we had to go and see other places. But hey, next time you should come to Finland! And if you're coming in winter, be sure that you have clothed warmly becouse it could be little bit cold in here. | July 27, 2003 |
| Daniel | Stockholm, Sweden | Hey guys! I really hope that you didn't miss the jazz and blues festival in Stockholm this weekend and the following week. It's out on the little island called Skeppsholmen. If any of you guys ever should make it back here, let me know and maybe I can get some gig's for you guys at some blues and rock places. I'm out of the scene, but I still have the phonenumbers so just let me know! And remember the fog on that magical morning in Visby, I know I will. Cheers - Daniel, who ran through the mists of Visby. | July 26, 2003 |

| Martha | Hampdens CT | Here is a great recipe for some musical tasties. Add two parts honky to one part ebony. Marinate for several years and add a splash of funk. Stir in a touch of old school and strain out the pretense. Bake heavily for at least a day and then chill. I call it Crooner Casserole. | July 22, 2003 |
